Registration Rates

The Joint Meeting strongly encourages registration before March 10, 2017, in order to receive the best rate possible. The Joint Meeting accepts:
  • Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • Checks made payable to HPN Global and reference “AAP/ASCI/APSA Joint Meeting”, in U.S. dollars only. Please mail check payments to HPN Global, Attn: Courtney Tate, 13825 N. Northsight Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
  • HPN Global is managing conference payments on behalf of the AAP/ASCI/APSA Joint Meeting. If paying by credit card, statements will reflect the name “HPN Global”.

Confirmation of your registration
The Joint Meeting’s online registration system acknowledges online registrations immediately via email. You will receive a confirmation/receipt to the email address provided on the registration form shortly after your registration is complete. The Joint Meeting will confirm registrations received by fax and mail within 14 days of receipt via email. Note: The Joint Meeting is unable to confirm registration earlier than two weeks after the submission date if you do not provide an email address. If you do not receive confirmation after two weeks, email reg@hpnglobal.com.
Payment instructions
Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank) or credit card. The Joint Meeting cannot accept registrations by telephone. The Joint Meeting will not accept registrations without full payment.
Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted to Joint Meeting headquarters in writing. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by April 1, 2017. Cancellations received after April 1, 2017, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after April 7, 2017.
